Responsibilities Develop effective corporate communications and marketing strategies.
Manage internal communications (memos, newsletters, etc.
).
Draft content (e.
g.
, press releases) for mass media and company website.
Create content in support of company social media channels, the EGGER sales team and distributor partners.
Organize initiatives and plan events or press conferences.
Liaise with media and handle requests for interviews, statements, etc.
Partner with EGGER Human Resources team in creation of recruitment and employee branding messaging.
Guide, support and advise public relations and digital agency partners.
Foster relationships with advocates and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing team members and agencies to produce copy for advertisements, articles and other collateral.
Serve as a member of the crisis communications team and support message development/dissemination.
Facilitate the resolution of disputes among public or external vendors.
Assist in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership.
And all other duties as required.
Qualifications Strategic insight combined with a hands-on tactical skills.
Superior interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence others.
Strong presentation skills; ability to analyze data and present to leadership, sales, customers and other stakeholders.
Outstanding analytical reasoning, problem-solving and decision-making skills; strong judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Big picture vision with strong attention to detail.
