Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:
30am - 5:
00pm, onsite at Lexington Facility.
Responsibilities Respond to human resources-related inquiries.
Supporting payroll with tasks as needed.
Assist with new employee on-boarding and orientation.
Maintain employee personnel records.
Maintain federal and state compliance, e.
g.
by filing I-9's, New Hire Reporting, etc.
Supporting HRBP with filing of employee documentation, e.
g.
disciplinaries, warnings, etc.
Supporting recruiting with daily administrative tasks.
Any other tasks as required.
Qualifications 3-5 years human resources experience preferred, but not essential.
Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook).
Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field.
Understanding of state and federal employment regulations.
Understanding of personnel and compliance records management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
