Facilities Maintenance Personnel
Linwood, NC Linwood, NC Full-time Full-time From $19 an hour From $19 an hour Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Manager, the role of the Facilities Maintenance Personnel is to perform continuous case by case maintenance to all buildings and equipment on site.
Starting Wage:
$19/hr Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:
30AM - 4:
00PM Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
Perform filter changes.
Handle basic repairs and maintenance.
Oversee contractors when in-depth repairs are necessary.
Diagnose mechanical issues and correcting them.
Repair equipment, or structures as necessary.
General building maintenance and repairs.
Grounds maintenance including but not limited to mowing and snow removal.
HVAC maintenance and repairs, change filters and belts Door hardware repairs.
Parking lot and specific floor painting is a plus.
Basic plumbing skills.
Qualifications HVAC knowledge/experience.
Proven maintenance experience.
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.
Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
Basic carpentry/plumbing/electrical skills.
Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
Experience performing routine maintenance.
Basic computer skills with Outlook and Word.
Strong organizational and follow up skills.
Ability to maintain focus while working individually.
Professional presentation and attitude.
Must have a valid Driver's license.
Able to work in adverse weather conditions.
